Bishoy is a highly experienced real estate and finance attorney with a proven track record of success.  With over 11 years of legal practice in New York and Florida, Bishoy has represented prominent developers, investors, and financial institutions in diverse and complex transactions totaling over $12 Billion.  Known as a skilled deal-maker, Bishoy possesses a unique ability to negotiate and structure deals, source capital and create win-win situations, making him the ideal advocate to have in your corner.   In addition to practicing law, Bishoy is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Florida.  He has personally invested in over 25 commercial real estate deals and is the sponsor of a successful real estate fund which has returned over 30% IRR to its investors,  which truly gives Bishoy an investor's perspective.

In 2022, one of Bishoy's clients approached him about a defaulting commercial loan.  Even though the client had plenty of equity in the property, he did not have the cash flow to pay the mortgage because interest rates and other expenses had increased tremendously.  Despite the property being foreclosed on, Bishoy was able to execute a successful loan workout on behalf of the client, and subsequently find a new lender to refinance the debt. 

Around the same time, one of Bishoy's clients who owned a large commercial property was facing default when their loan came due at a significantly higher interest rate.  Selling was not an option due to tepid buyer demand, so Bishoy went to work and found a solution in the form of a rescue capital injection, which saved the client from having to sell the property at substantial loss.

After researching the topic extensively, Bishoy realized there would be thousands of other property owners nationwide who would need help navigating similar problems due to extreme market conditions outside their control.   He knew he could leverage his extensive knowledge and vast network in real estate and finance to serve these struggling borrowers, many of whom were unaware of their options.  And that is when White Knight Real Estate Services was formed.
